Important Notice

Credits that have been used to unlock investor contacts are non-refundable. Please review our complete refund policy below before making a purchase.

1. Overview

At StartupDay, we strive to provide valuable services to our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for credit purchases made on our platform.

2. No Refund for Used Credits

Credits that have been used are non-refundable. Once you unlock an investor's contact information using your credits, that transaction is final and cannot be reversed. This includes:

  • Credits used to unlock investor email addresses
  • Credits used to unlock investor phone numbers
  • Credits used to unlock investor LinkedIn profiles
  • Any other credits consumed for accessing investor information

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial refund if you meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Request within 3 days: The refund request must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase
  • Unused credits only: Refunds apply only to the portion of credits that have NOT been used
  • Payment gateway deductions: Refund amount will be reduced by payment gateway processing fees (approximately 2-3% of the original transaction amount)

4. Refund Calculation

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = (Unused Credits / Total Credits Purchased) × Purchase Amount - Payment Gateway Fees

Example: If you purchased 100 credits (Starter plan) for ₹300 and used 30 credits, your refund would be calculated on the remaining 70 credits (₹210), minus the payment gateway fees (approximately ₹6-9).

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Request made after 3 days from the purchase date
  • All purchased credits have been used
  • Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Unlimited plan purchases (due to the nature of unlimited access)
  • Dissatisfaction with investor information quality (all information is verified before listing)
  • Investor not responding to your outreach

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at refunds@startupday.com within 3 days of your purchase
  2. Include your registered email address and order/payment ID
  3. Specify the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

7. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

8. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a refund decision, please contact our support team at support@startupday.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
