StartupDay provides a platform for startups to discover and connect with verified investors. Our service includes access to investor contact information through a credit-based system.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 15 trial credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through our platform (Starter, Growth, or Unlimited plans)
• All purchased credits and plans come with lifetime validity
• Credits are used to unlock investor contact information
• Once unlocked, investor information remains accessible in your dashboard
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share, sell, or distribute investor information obtained through our platform
• Harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to investors
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by StartupDay and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of investor information. We are not responsible for any investment decisions made based on information obtained through our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

StartupDay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
